Hurricane Outbreak is a strategy video game in which players can control a hurricane and make it destroy civilization.
Hurricane Outbreak works as follows: during the game, you will be presented with a series of goals to accomplish with your hurricane before it loses its strength and ends up falling apart. Thus, the goals will be of the following type: destroy three cities, create a tropical storm, leave many people without resources, and produce some deaths. You only have two buttons to accomplish these goals: one that allows you to make the hurricane move further to the right and another that makes it move further to the left. With this in mind, you will have to be quick and decide which moves your hurricane must make to achieve the goal before it disintegrates.
The hurricane will advance automatically and indicate its trajectory. Still, the buttons to turn left and right will be 'limited', and you must use them carefully. Accomplishing the goals will not be easy, and that's the beauty of the game.
